AGREEMENT

I understand PrecisionTradingSystem.com, the trade name and PTS Worldwide LTD, the parent corporation either owns the intellectual property rights or has acquired the necessary permissions from content providers or suppliers, for all the content, information, software, products and services on PrecisionTradingSystem.com and the PTS Setups and in electronic communications transmitted to members. Such material may include charts, text, HTML code, multimedia clips, images, graphics, icons, and Java code.

PrecisionTradingSystem.com grants you, the member/subscriber, the right to download, print, or use the information from PrecisionTradingSystem.com for your own personal use only. But the material may not be modified or altered in any way, republished or distributed, or made available to 3rd parties without the written consent of PrecisionTradingSystem.com. The PTS Setups may not be published on message boards.

PrecisionTradingSystem.com retains the right to terminate at any time, and without cause, any membership or subscription.

The setups are provided to subscribers at their request for their personal use. PrecisionTradingSystem.com, or Michael Misunas, assumes no responsibility for the trading results of subscribers. Since there are many variables inherent in trading and investing including the skill level of the individual trader or investor, the direction and trends of the various markets, the execution of the trader’s or investor’s broker, and the trading characteristics of the particular medium (e.g., stocks, options, futures, commodities.), it must be assumed that there will be a range of individual success when applying any trading system.

I understand that during the course of the year, PTS Setups may not be published on the weekend preceding a course or for any other reason not to exceed 6 issues per year. The PTS Setups will NOT be published for half day market sessions.

Please note that this is a recurring subscription and you will be charged monthly until such time as your subscription is canceled. You may cancel your subscription simply by contacting PTS Support and requesting a cancellation. If a cancellation occurs within two days of being charged, a full refund will issued, otherwise your subscription will run until the end of the billing period. The Subscription period is based upon the calendar month and is not pro-rated. Your Subscription will start when payment is received. If you have any questions, please contact PTS Support.
